Hot tea brewing method: Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 teaspoon for each cup into the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).

Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the leaves. Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT : Due to climate change, volatile pricing markets, and generations of farmers leaving to pursue other crops or leaving farming entirely for more lucrative jobs, the validity of the coffee trade as we know it is diminishing. By purchasing not only the coffee seeds but also this by-product of the coffee production we are able to insert more money to our farming partners by using more of the same plant.
