Our Kimchi is made from different varieties of napa cabbage. This diversity of varieties provides a more complex flavor. We use only vegetables & salt in our kimchi, keeping it vegetarian and vegan.

Like other fermented veggies and foods, kimchi is rich in beneficial probiotics.
