Packaging FAQ's

All goods are delivered in returnable glass jars. Deposit prices for glass jars and bottles are $3 across the different sizes. 

Mesh bags (Coming soon) have a $2 deposit associated with them and the silicone zip lock bags (Coming Soon) have a $7 deposit. 

Dry and wet goods are packaged in glass jars and bottles, of which the weight has been predetermined. 

Dry goods : Rice, Pastas, Pulses, Nuts, Dried fruit, Flour

Wet goods : Shampoo, Conditioner, Liquid soap, Laundry detergent, Oil, Vinegar.

Fresh Food will be packed in Mesh Cotton Bags and silicone zip lock bags . Fruit and veg is priced singularly or by weight. 

Single : Apples, Pumpkins, Tomatoes, Potatoes 

Weight : Beans, Spinach, Brussels sprouts, Pea’s, all Berries

Meat will be packed in wax paper, and where applicable (such as with poultry) in glass jars.

We work on a deposit system for the jars and bags. You pay a fully refundable deposit on every jar and bag. When you place your next order, we will collect the empty jars and bags, and credit your account. If you do not plan on ordering again, we will refund your deposit back to you, once we have collected our jars and bags. 

To avoid confusion, our jars and bags will have our logo on. Please take care of our jars and bags, and only use them for their intended purpose. We cannot refund you if the jar or bag is broken or damaged. 

Before returning the jars, please ensure that they are washed, the same way you would if you were recycling them. 

Once collected, all jars and bags are cleaned and sanitized at our facility before reusing them. 


Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 4-7pm. The day of your delivery depends on the zip code. Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation of your order and it will specify your delivery day under shipping.  

Should you want your delivery left outside your door, please ensure that a cooler or milk-box is available so that we can leave your pantry goods in your box. If you are expecting perishables (Meat & Veggies), please make sure you have added a few ice packs to your cooler. You can leave any returnables in your box for us to collect.

If you live in an apartment block, please meet us at the front of your building, or let us know the instructions to place your food at your door. Please make a note of your delivery day to ensure someone is available to receive your order and/or provide us with any returnables.

A once-off delivery fee is charged at checkout.

There is no order minimum. The once off delivery charge covers whatever size your order is. 

Our food comes from organic whole food distributors, organic farms farms and local suppliers, supporting fair trade. 

Allergens : Our products are not safe for people with nut allergies. 

We make sure we maintain FDA approved standards in our processes. All packaging is done in a sanitized environment, and all jars and bags are cleaned and sanitized at high temperatures, in a commercial grade washer. 

Emissions Policy : We deliver in a hybrid car, and use optimized route technology allowing us to save fuel and reduce emissions.

Return Policy

We hope you will always be satisfied with your products, however, should you feel that you have received a product that is not of high standards, please contact us and we will happily sort out the problem. 

Please note: we are not responsible for food once it is delivered to your address. Perishable products will be delivered between 5pm and 7pm to minimize time spent in the cooler. 

Food cannot be returned if it has been opened or used because we cannot resell the food. Should there be an issue with freshness or quality, please contact [email protected]
