Parsley Root Fries

Ingredients:

  1. 3 large parsley roots
  2. 3 tbsp olive oil
  3. 2 tbsp garlic powder
  4. 1 salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  6. 1 large lemon / 1/3 cup lemon juice

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Peel and cut parsley roots like fries.
  3. Add all ingredients and let it sit for 10 minutes stirring 2-3 times.
  4. Put Parsley on lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 450°F for 15 min on the very top of oven.
  6. Take them and flip them.
  7. Put it back in the oven for 15-20 min.
